Draft. This text is a placeholder written to describe how the service actually works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a binding agreement yet.
This page describes what Envoy stores about you and your team, why, and for how long.
What we collect
The account details you give us (name, email, phone), the business records you enter (clients, carriers, trips, documents), and technical records of use — sign-in history, device and address, and error logs.
Why we hold it
To run the service you asked for: to show your team its own data, to send the mail the product sends (invitations, verification, password resets), to bill a paid plan, and to find and fix faults.
Who else sees it
The processors that make the product work: our hosting and database provider, Resend for mail, and mapping services for route suggestions. Payments reach us by bank transfer, so no card processor holds your details. Each receives only what its job needs. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Business records stay until you delete them and, for records that soft-delete, until that deletion is purged. Deleting a team removes its data. Sign-in history and logs are kept for a limited period for security.
How it is protected
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sensitive fields — bank details, personal identifiers, uploaded documents — are encrypted at rest with a key held per team, so one team cannot read another. Sessions are rows we can revoke immediately.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will answer within a month.
Cookies
Only what the product needs: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and small preferences such as language, theme and sidebar width. No advertising or tracking cookies.
