Two people. One has spent years arranging loads across Europe; the other builds the software. Everything here started as a problem one of us actually had.
The story

It started as workarounds
A spreadsheet for carrier papers. A folder per trip, named by hand. A phone full of messages asking where a truck was. None of it was a system — it was the residue of a system that did not exist, rebuilt from memory every week.

The tools were built for someone else
What existed was either a transport management system priced for a fleet of two hundred, or a generic CRM that had never heard of a CMR. Both assumed the paperwork was an attachment problem. In this business the paperwork is the deal.

Every rule came from something going wrong
The gate exists because a truck went out without a signed document and the standing time was argued over for a month. Documents belong to carriers rather than to trips because the same insurance certificate was uploaded dozens of times. None of this is theory; it is a list of things that already cost money.

What we are not building yet
There is a version of this that becomes a freight exchange, where carriers and clients deal with each other directly. We can see it, and we are not there. The immediate job is smaller and more useful: make one broker's day cost less.
How we work
Four things we have decided not to negotiate.
Each of these costs us something. They are here because the alternative costs you more.
Access is granted, not taken
You cannot create your own account. Every team is one we have spoken to, which keeps the product aimed at people we actually understand and keeps the support answerable by a person.
Your data stays readable
If a trial ends or a payment lapses the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted and nothing is withheld to force a decision. Taking a prospect's own records away to make a sales point loses both.
No card, no processor
Invoices are proformas settled by bank transfer, confirmed by a person. There is no stored card and no renewal that catches you out on a date you forgot.
Three languages, properly
English, Romanian and Russian are all first class. No half-translated screens, and no locale in the URL to get shared wrong.
